ABOUT CBK ELECTRIC · TORONTO & GTA
Electrical work built on planning, communication and accountability.
CBK Electric is an ECRA/ESA licensed and insured electrical contractor serving Toronto and the GTA. We take on commercial fit-outs, industrial power and equipment work, custom homes, complete rewiring, service upgrades, repairs and maintenance.
WHAT WE DO
One electrical contractor across three kinds of work.
The work changes from site to site, but the standard does not: understand the scope, coordinate with the people involved, complete the installation carefully and communicate clearly when conditions change.
Residential
Ground-up custom homes, additions, full rewiring of older houses, 100A-to-200A service upgrades, subpanels, lighting controls, CAT6 and coordinated smart-home integration.
Residential services →Commercial
Restaurant, retail and public-space fit-outs, renovations, lighting retrofits, emergency lighting, power distribution and electrical coordination for occupied or active businesses.
Commercial services →Industrial
Facility power, equipment connections, 600V distribution, panels, transformers, shutdown planning, troubleshooting and electrical work that has to fit around production.
Industrial services →PROVEN ON REAL SITES
Experience that can be seen—not just claimed.
CBK Electric’s portfolio includes restaurant work for Mucho Burrito, Thai Express and Mr. Sub; lighting retrofit and emergency-lighting work for Old Navy; public-space work at the Blue Mountains Public Library; industrial work for InterBuild Ltd., Coco Bakery Inc. and Spectrum Manufacturing Inc.; and substantial residential projects throughout the GTA.
Our residential work includes custom construction, additions, complete rewiring and new 200A services. Barton Street Lofts adds another side of the portfolio: a three-storey mixed-use building with residential lofts above ground-floor commercial space.

Clear steps from first conversation to closeout.
Understand the work
We review the site, drawings, priorities, schedule and practical constraints before pricing or proceeding.
Plan and coordinate
We organize the electrical scope around the build, business operations, inspections and the other trades on site.
Install and communicate
We keep the work organized and explain conditions, changes and next decisions without hiding them in vague language.
Test and complete
We verify the installation, address deficiencies and leave the client with a clear understanding of what was completed.
